Chances to be a library if no kr team in finals tho. Maybe if prx reaches finals then won't be a library. Tbh probably won't be a library as chances of Chinese team reaching finals is too low. And will be similar to Chinese crowd for other region teams.

Chinese had teams to support too. Yeah you are right china and Korea becomes Library mostly when kr teams or Chinese teams are playing.
