and then, we have situations like twisten, where a guy commits suicide and then everyone is like "mental health awareness" but then y'all forget about it 2 weeks later and are back to the same stuff
and on another point, you can just, not engage with something you find dumb or childish. it's literally as simple as scrolling by, will cost you less energy and doesn't make you seem like a bum
