ALABASTA

Just finished the alabasta arc in one piece. it was pretty good. I know nothing about one piece fans I want to know what others thought about it.

One piece is a snooze fest tbh, it drags the plot so much for the most part. You can skip most of alabasta and won't miss much plotwise

its good a mega arc and its the first mega arc of one piece
if u like alabasta u will like every other major arc

i would recommend switching to manga the second u feel like one piece is just dragging scenes out cuz u got some snoozers coming up soon till water 7 / enies lobby

It gets a lot better but set your expectations low because some arcs are masterpieces and some are slow as hell and a little tiring

Just read the manga. It's so much better than watching the anime.

My favorite arc was enies lobby the early parts of anime have pretty good story tbh

currently on thriller bark but alabasta was up there with enies lobby as my favourite so far, but I HEAVILY recommend using one pace for skypiea (not fully completed but watch the ones that are finished) because it has an insane amount of padding and made me despise the arc

Fire saga but there are still lots of better sagas to come
