5/11: G2 won against LEV (LEV favored)
5/12: G2 lost to 100T (100T favored)
5/23: G2 won against T1 (G2 favored)
5/25: G2 won against TH (TH favored)
5/31: G2 won against PRX (PRX favored)
Their upcoming game also doesnt have them favored vs Heretics.

Thats 9 games, 6-3 record, with only 1 of those games favoring G2 (according to betting odds).

Its bc is USUALLY not dominant and they are all just good players with good teamwork, its not like idk SEN where 99% of the “theyre so good omg…” support comes from tenz and zekken and a little bit jqt. Many of their wins are close enough to where people who ARENT fans of g2 can be like “err fluke!” And therefore g2 never actually gets higher in their eyes
