Map rotation will be Bind, Split, and Haven, with Riot designing four new maps to fill in. If any map is complained about, it is deleted and Riot must design a new map by the next day.
Each team plays twice every week in their league with no breaks in an octuple round robin. The losing team in each game is disbanded, with only the highest K/D player on the losing team being allowed to continue playing in pro. Any player going negative on the winning team is placed on the "fraudwatch" list, where they are required to add a 0 somewhere in their name and, if they go negative again, will be dropped by the team. To keep the number of players constant, random tier 2 players (and later premier players) will be promoted to pros, requiring at least one cocky VLR Raze player to be on the team.
As before, there will be two Masters and one Champions event, all of which will be hosted in North America because Pacific fans don't matter, apparently. In the spirit of VLR, both Masters must be called "Mickey Mouse Masters [insert city name]." Records of teams do not matter for qualification for any event; instead, teams will be invited to the tournament based on how many threads on VLR claim that that team would destroy all the other teams despite having a losing record. As such, only one Chinese team and one Pacific team total can be invited, while the Americas gets 8 slots.
