Just watched Midsommar

I watched hereditary, going to watch beau next idk when tho. But probably soon. Im planning on watching the vvitch too (ik its not ari aster but its still interesting to me)

get out

Depends on what you like, I'd think the masses would say get out, it's a lot more enjoyable, especially if you're not a "film snob" (someone put the nerd emoji). I watched midsommar with two of my friends, it was a rewatch for one and the first time for the other. The one that was rewatching didn't notice the foreshadowing, the drawings on the wall, the things implied etc, whereas me and my other friend did. I would say we are more snobbish for what are considered critically acclaimed movies, but get out is both. It has those deeper details, while also being enjoyable and not an impossible puzzle to solve for all audiences.

So this yap session was just to say, probably get out.

never watched an ari aster movie but I can't imagine any of his confusing bs being better than get out.

I have never even heard of this movie, ill add it to my list
