how to fix.

1. Phone Verification (obvious).
2. Alternative AFK Penalties: Prevent a person from queuing the Competitive mode SPECIFICALLY. If someone afks for at least 30% of a match's rounds, ban them from competitive queue only for 4 hours (then 8, then 16, then...). Default global queue restrictions will still apply. Ban timer stacking will reset every act for <=3 AFKs in the act.
3. Stricter moderation of toxicity: Implement AI models to detect hate speech and frequent toxicity and automatically forward any threats or hardcore racism in voice/text chat to the moderation team. Implement hardware bans on excessively toxic players.
4. FakeAFK detection: If a player does not utilize voice chat, does not utilize text chat, had 0 pings in the game, or did not incur a reasonable amount of damage,forward them to moderation team. All bot accounts should be immediately hardware banned.
