too op you can catch rushes like instantly with it and for 7 points it would be busted
it would have to be a 9 point or 10 point ult and even then it would be broken

lots of ults can do that already
plus u still have to hit it
just means u have to be smart about pushing as a group if deadlock has ult

sounds good, so long as theres a valid warning like KJ ult to clear the radius
also I think the wall should be less annoying to place, like a toggle between a + and - shaped wall would be nice
