I tried digging about Uyghur stuff today just because I saw what Sideshow said
Chinese propaganda is mostly just "ministry of foreign affairs"
Some content about Uyghurs on Bilbili are like vlogs in Xinjiang showing that it is a developed region and the culture and life there is good.
