Personally, this is what i go off of
iron-bronze: doesn't exists
silver-gold-plat: mid elo
diamond-asc: ppl think they are high elo when they arent
immo: decently high elo
radiant: HIGH elo

the thing is most plats are boosted, plus i dont see a huge deviation in aim difference, its just the util executes become better in plat from silver

Like in silver lobbies they like keep their voice in some chanted chest which can never be opened until they die and want to blame others.
I played many game with and without mic and still couldn't come to a conclusion :(
