Good Viper Nerf

I've said this before and I will say it again.

• Increase the amount of time mollies last for half a second, and half the damage done. This way you kill off postplant lineups but not corner clearing.

• Switch the Signature, The wall is buyable , the smoke orb is free. About 300 credits. This way Viper effectiveness in splitting the map is compromised.

• Wall consumes more gas than the orb, you must be effective with gas usage.

Wall is what seperates viper from other smokes, don't touch that.
I do like viper but i think it's good for the meta to shift elsewhere, like we may see breach skye comp on split like last year fnatic

this will barely change anything unless the wall consumes a ridiculous amount of gas
