Why do radiant players dodge pros?

I've always thought the biggest benefit of getting to radiant would be getting to play with your idols and whatnot, and surely they don't actually think they'll get better or overtake them by avoiding players better than them...so like what's the point?

they care about their RR and don't wanna get farmed
also if you're radiant you probably meet pros frequently so it isn't that special

tenz himself says that people queue dodge a lot in radiant if they don't like their team, I don't think it's an issue with pros in particular. it's probably just a common issue in radiant since they all know each other

I can't think of recent examples, but after LOUD won champs 22, a lot of radiants on brazil started remaking after seeing "vct 2022 champion" title on enemy team..

Cause they dont wanna lose? If your radiant you have been playing with them before enough to not care about them being your idols as much
