to be fair there's enough difference between val and cs to allow people who ain't that good in cs to be good in val and vice versa (that's why we have/had players like pre-dsg yay, zellsis, tenz, or ange1 on top in val, and floppy shining after returning to cs altho not for long) and he did well with bleed so far but keeping yay and dropping the igl who took them to the highest heights just to lose most games is not a good look
