Yes, having a good coach means that your team can have various anti-strats, players can fit into their comfortable/impactful roles faster and better, team mentality can also be the difference, and map ban & pick is also much easier with a good coach.

Coaches come up with the strats and comps 90% of the time. Unless ur Loud then its just a Saadhak dictatorship.

The biggest examples off the top of my head
Potter (Brought EG from a bottom T1 team to champs, created a unbeatable fracture using Sova)
Alecks (Somehow makes PRX strats work with no igl, no meta comps and no slow pace)
Engh (Turned KC players into gods, made Redgar look like a good igl)
Mini (created many of the metas that we know today, light armor from last year, the Lotus comp that everyone plays was created by FNC etc.)
Termi (We all may hate termi but we all have to admit that DRX through the years has always been a top team with amazing strats and game changing meta, always with the counter strat, they have many plays named after them (ex: Vision Strikers on Ascent) and he created the triple initator meta of 2022)
On the opposite sides coachs who made their teams worse
Sykko (put WOLRD CHAMPIONS on their worst roles)
Onur (refused to counter strat and improve their own plays)
Elmapuddy (turned FNC from two time winning masters champ into this shit show)
Whoever the fuck GES coachs are
Whoever the fuck Bleeds coachs are

Nope, they only spout bullsht. No one is qualified to be valorant coach tho. Many of them only ex old csgo player n they claim that they re understand how valorant works with zero achievement kekw. If someone like tenz become coach, that would be qualified coz of ex champion. Ive admired these fraud coach never be a champion player n they act like they re smart n god. All of these pro valorant players achievement purely bcoz of their player skill not coach.
