How to fix FNC?

I think coaching is an issue, the players just don't play off each other as they did last year, the calling and strats are fine but they're not meta defining as they were last year.
if changing that doesn't work maybe put derke in sentinel jail and lean into alfa duelist a bit more. I think a good indicator of this is the fact that now boaster is putting up more numbers, which may on paper be great, but I think it also shows that literally every other player is pulling less weight. What are your thoughts, does something else need to change?

These coaches timeouts are the worst probably in vct bleeds coach makes better timeouts

maybe bring mini in the headcoach position , and we need to fix ur defense then we are fine for shanghai if we fix some more strats

Elma is a boaster yes man, just like last year KC's coach. I bet boaster is the one calling timeouts, coz my guy doesn't talk he just takes down notes for boaster to review.
