Actually why are there groups? The format where everyone played everyone and it was just top 6 in overall score was way better especially since there are 11 teams and one group has 1 team less this is SO dumb

But it's essentialy the same amount of games kinda no since they play 2times? but the point is that one group has 5 teams and one has 6 how is that fair when only 3 can move on from groups and now The likes of Sen G2 Nrg C9 will never meet before playoffs ppl watch those games just as much as any other format ppl just didnt watch like KRU vs MIBR when they were both last regardless i think it wouldnt be bad if the groups were EVEN both seed wise and number of teams like for example u get a group that gets last season's 1st 4rd 5th and 7th 9th 11th and the second group gets 2nd 3th 6th 8th and 10th 12th or som like that or generally a mix where one group doesnt have 1nd 2nd and 3rd but since they have 11 teams for whatever reason its not possible to make it even or fair for anyone making it somehow fair that its unfair for everyone lmao
No they wanted to spread the split out across the year, also it was explained that the middle stages of the groups dont get much views so they didnt want to make the groups longer then they had to, It isnt rlly unfair btw, everyone plays the same amount of games over the year and the same amount of teams move on from each group
