with there rifles yeah they havent needed a big change yet. i think i kinda remember a small change with either phantom or vandal at one point but yeah they are overall very close despite very different pros and cons

Yea they increased the Vandal fire rate and damage from 36 to 40 to the body.... before that buff the vandal to phantom usage in pro games was 1 to 9 now it's 4 to 6
