too much utility in this meta
imagine an agent that could throw down a stim beacon like ability, that creates a small circle that completely counters util. viper molly doesnt work, sova darts, you cant even be flashed if your standing in that circle. IMAGINE HOW FUN THIS GAME WOULD BECOME.
