Stage 2 format

In stage 2, are the groups going to exist in terms of qualifications? I know the teams play their own group but is qualification based on the groups still?? Like the top 3 from each group qual. In my head, it makes sense that there is no need for groups anymore and the whole league was combined into one table again and the top 6 (or however many) go into playoffs.

Its gonna be based off overall record. So Stage 1 results will come into play

All teams are put back together into 11 and top 6 make playoffs
