OK this is just a theory but they according to V1 its a minimum of 12 days right? well 13 days after a positive covid test in LA you are cleared to do things. Riot is probably just waiting it out for the positive test cooldown instead of getting special permission. But still RITO KEKW for this situation

if they're playing from home i don't get why that'd be necessary but the numbers do seem to line up
