he needs to stop shooting / spraying until his crosshair reaches the head of enemy, he's good at pistols but serious trash with rifles and better on vandal cuz he actually go for headshots on vandal
personally i think he needs to play on better res and not on 4:3 the second one, player movements r too fast
even 5:4 is better

have u tried using sheriff on 4:3? it's hard unless ur fast
jingg was also impressive on 1280 960 4:3 cuz he was fast anyways he switched to 16:9

It only stretches the HUD, nothing else. FOV is the same, sensitivity is the same, characters and map proportions are indifferent to 16:9.

ofc 1980 x 1080 16:9 will have more pixels than 1280 x 960 4:3, m not blaming the streched resolution, m saying it has less pixels and its little bit hard to trace cuz of less pixels, don't be a fking idiot
