other than LOUD and LEV, there is no good south NA teams.
You would also have to split the spots so NA would get 2 and south NA would get 2 for champs (guaranteed qual for LOUD and LEV)

the rest is about the same level and can beat each other

and champions last year was exacly what you are saying, 2 teams from NA (NRG and EG) and 2 teams from SA (Loud and KRU)
