What's the best team you can make out of these names, and why are so many not playing? Most of these are pretty self explanatory (dropped or personal choices) but I don't understand what's going on with Shahzam. He's obviously a top 18 IGL in NA, surprised he didn't find anywhere to play and stuck with G2 instead.
