harbor vs viper bind

even with this new meta many teams ran solo skye on bind. however in kickoff (90% sure) harbor was not played at ALL on bind. wasn't he proven to be a great agent on the map or is the viper meta wall js too strong?

i think brim is better at playing against gekko, also easier so i think teams just pick brim

also lev played harbor 3 times
