LATAMs don't have unplayable ping in NA servers. Many of them queue NA on daily basis (Virtyy is the best example)
Brazillians have a ping problem tho

Depends where you’re from ngl. If you’re from South America it’s really rough, but most Central America countries can play NA fine: Costa Rica, Panama etc
