Im sorry but you're deranged if you'd rather stay in ascension that has dogshit format and only 1 chance to get to vct when you can get to tier 1 scene 6-10 months earlier
m80 members could stay on the team either because they got mid offers from dogshit tier 1 orgs or they just wanted to stay with their friends, redgar and cloud + pipson are good friends of purp0 so the offer was really good.

even if u dont win ascension, you will get offers if u were good enough. plenty of good tier2 talent got picked up from emea and NA(oxy, johnqt, n4rrate, brawk and fluyh got offers, I can keep going)

if u join a bottom feeder tier1 team and u look bad, thats kinda the end and u gonna go back to tier2 afterwards. so yeah, desicion was bad. i rather be in tier5 jail than play with shitgar.

Win ascension or play in ascension and wait for offers - you get in tier 1 6 months later
if redgar keeps on performing bad they can replace him with goat zeddy anyways

Also he can get good offers after playing in tier 1 anyways even if gia performs bad
