note to orgs:
please for the love of god do trials and scrims where your coach and manager pays attention to the player's attitude and has an informed background on players.
also make sure they do the scouting and research on that. if they don't want to / can't, please don't put them in that position.
I've seen so many teams add star players, players that don't fit in role wise, players that don't get along and they just don't care because "HURR DURR THEY WERE GOOD ON PREVIOUS TEAM, HURR DURR THEY ARE STAR PLAYER!"
it's like they literally don't understand how teams or the game functions. it's embarrassing. on top of this, when stuff goes wrong they just insta-kick and waste money, time, resources and most of all the player's time and mental. I don't know where/when this trend started but jesus christ. it feels like some teams are trying to brute-force wins and it's insanely stupid and costly.
