What orgs need to realize

Orgs can't be dropping people after playing only 2-3ish matches.
Most people dropped in t1 haven't even gotten to show their true potential, let alone play much.

They need to realize that their players are people too, they need to make money to survive somehow

it's just sad man.

bleed org is like Karmine corp org last year, you have 1-2 star players and conform to what they want so they make changes accordingly. the coaches and managements are dogs to the players.

Bleed did lose to GE, that alone is needed for someone to get kicked.

note to orgs:
please for the love of god do trials and scrims where your coach and manager pays attention to the player's attitude and has an informed background on players.
also make sure they do the scouting and research on that. if they don't want to / can't, please don't put them in that position.
I've seen so many teams add star players, players that don't fit in role wise, players that don't get along and they just don't care because "HURR DURR THEY WERE GOOD ON PREVIOUS TEAM, HURR DURR THEY ARE STAR PLAYER!"
it's like they literally don't understand how teams or the game functions. it's embarrassing. on top of this, when stuff goes wrong they just insta-kick and waste money, time, resources and most of all the player's time and mental. I don't know where/when this trend started but jesus christ. it feels like some teams are trying to brute-force wins and it's insanely stupid and costly.

we dont know what was happening behind the scenes, could be a bigger issue we arent aware of and thats why they drop their players quickly

at the end of the day, esports is a business and not for people who want free hands outs, if you want to stay at the top level you have to consistently prove you deserve that spot, sayf pointed that out recently as well

What fans need to realize, Its a buisness world at the end of the day. ORG are paying stupid money for these players, they want results. I feel bad for the players as they lose their jobs but thats reality. I lost a couple jobs due to money and not producing results
