I know that previous regional finals have almost always been purely for seeding, leading to the teams saving strats or not trying as much. Is today's final different due to the 3 championship points on the line and will the teams take it seriously?

Yes, every point matters. Teams also get 1st seed for madrid, and just in general both teams just want to win this as its a major win for either side (sen showing that they are back at #1 in americas, loud showing they still are without aspas)
