If Loud and NRG lose today, would it be considered an upset like how Fnatic and NAVI lost? Or are fans of each team just overhyping their teams actual expectations and qualities? I understand every single hype behind Loud with how they played against Leviatan and Sentinels but I do think EG are a very good team. People are saying this game is 90/10 when it's really 60/40 with both teams being in form. For NRG its really funny because the whole fanbase is flexing and praising rumors about chet "having saved tactics" even though we have NO idea if this is true or not. The whole fanbase hype is all reliant on a "IF's" right now. Rewatching all of sentinels games, they're coordination is second to none, almost over exceeding Loud's. If sentinels can be disciplined today against NRG and punish demon1's disrespectful plays and aggressive actions, it might most likely piss him off which is either a REALLY bad thing or a REALLY good thing. Sentinels downfall I think is player difference, with almost all of their players being flex players, there isn't 1 guy on sentinels that is a "1 trick" or super exceeding in their role. This showed in the split game, where LESS the goat just casually converts a 5v2 round effortlessly. Sentinels are missing players like Aspas, even players like ange1 who takes such ridiculous and stupid risks but also is the factor in why they win. No player on sentinels apart from zekken or sacy can win them rounds in very disadvantageous positions. For NRG they have the most 1 trick players on the team which yes is advantageous but also can be a curse. What will demon1 do on non jett maps? I see him playing astra on bind and split but then it would cause a very big shift in their role playing. Either way this game is going to be a great game!
What I hate about NRG fans is that they'll tell you the sentinels game is 999999.9999999 to 0.0000001 in favorite of NRG but its actually 60/40 to sentinels.
