I think its more of the role that he played was what impacted his performance the most.

I remember this twitch clip in ranked where his duo complains about having to fill as killjoy and pancada replies "You just have to play her for one match, I had to play that thing for an entire year". If anything, that's obvious proof that he hates playing sentinel to bits.

This may or may not be copium but I want to believe he wasn't restricted because of language but comfortability.

No he wouldnt. Multiple people already tried but furia is known to be a little 'buddy' team where they hire the same people that are either friends w mwzera or furia owners or just the same people that played in other br teams and didnt work. Thats why furia players all had prior teams and furia never takes a chance like loud hiring new guys

That's the problem, MiBr won't get pancada BECAUSE RGL is playing so well. They will be risking fucking up the teams morale and cohesion. The only way to save Furia is unironically ONUR.
Get a hardheaded coach that will stand up to management cuss out the players.

Also get rid of Mwzera, that mf has too much of an ego problem to be valuable
