To combat spam kills

Everyone knows how annoying it is when people buy phantoms just so they can spray through a smoke for ez and unskilled kills. It’s boring to watch pros do this all the time and be rewarded for being lucky rather than through aim skill. I propose Riot make it so every bullet that travels through smokes do 25% less damage. Make the change to make Valorant to make it less rng and more of a FPS game.

Better and more practical solution would be to remove all guns in the game except pistols, op and guardian.
