no because, at least in NA(maybe only in NA), a lot of the young talent from 2019 also migrated to Valorant, it wasn't only the old heads and a lot of the old heads liked valorant (ex6tenz, Steel, hiko which xqc made it seem like didn't happen at all in overwatch, but he is right in the general premise that CS players will complain
