Well he's wrong, cause the first time B4 used it was February 2022, before that jn january, december 2021 etc. they used a different comp.
Many teams used it in champs 2021

He saw it for the first time when B4 used it, that doesn't mean B4 was actually the first team that used it. In BR maybe, but it was used in other regions in 2021 already

It's true, I think it was Sacy or Saadhak who said that, that they had done scrims against B4 with this comp and they got crushed, so they took this comp and made it popular

the core 3 of sova-jett-kayo was used by multiple teams at champions 2021, X10, acend, and 1 or 2 others IIRC but it'd have to check i remember x10 playing it and i checked acend's matches and they ran the default comp with astra instead of omen
