Should Riot add an Agent Pool

We don't want another league of legends with 1 million agents, it would be a nightmare for beginners to learn and follow competitive valorant.
IMO Riot should add a competitive agent pool just like a map pool and restrict agents to 20 or 30 ig, or atleast have agent bans but that wouldn't be practical when we will have a 100 agents and the opposing team has to ban 70 agents to give them the choice of 30.
