we didnt see this when shahz, dapr, tex, nzr or even bcj was dropped (atleast not to this degree) and some of those players were done even dirtier than what happened to pancada. This is how esports work if the coaches or the management thinks u dont provide enough value then welp u get cut thats all there is to it, zekken played smokes, initiator and duelist and sacy played smokes and initiator while pancada only had to transition once and the entire year he was still just okay at it while also having communication problems due to language
everyone including sacy had to change roles multiple times and it has nothing to do with him winning champs because hes speaking an entirely new language and even with an entire year for it hes still pretty shit at it so be realistic, pancada was the one that needed to go if the team already lacked voice and energy
