Opinions on Gekko?

I think that people are over exaggerating a bit on how good Gekko will be with the Skye nerfs, Skye is still a very good agent, she can and still will be run solo but I think that she might be ran in double initiator comps more so she can use her very strong flashes for well, flashing. I could for sure see a lotus comp where it runs Raze, Fade, Skye, Astra, Killjoy, the lack of a viper could hurt but this comp has a lot of control to take space even without the Viper. I think gekko will have some uses as a jack of all trades initiator instead of being fully overshadowed by Skye but he won't be meta defining or anything, I think he will see a lot more play on Bind, a bit more on Lotus but thats the only real main places I see his pick rate being increased by a good ammount.

He's a great initiator overall.

no one is using skye solo int anymore. unless its maybe Split or Bind. big reason she was used was bc u could use 3-4 flashes every round with info and now u can only use 2 plus her dog got nerfed too.

Gekko will come into the meta but i think its just a more balanced info meta some teams will adapt to new shit some wont and the ones that dont wont rise to the next level.

Honestly I think we could be seeing a no-flash initiator meta; double controller is definitely carrying over as viper is just too good, with the singular duelist and sentinel on most maps.

Good on Bind and Split, kinda mid everywhere else. Wont be as meta as Skye or even Kay/O.
