dude i want to doo soo many stuff that would be good for me and what i would enjoy but if i have constant homework constant tests constant assignments can barely do anything
How many hours do you get after sleep school and tution
so idk what it is my body doesnt want to sleep usually fall asleep at 2 and wake up at like 6-7
take control of your body do meditation, have sound sleep your life would turn a lot better
i go to bed at 12 doesnt help unless i come back from a tiring ass cricket nets session i wont feel tired
try to limit your screen time & stay on bed even if insomnia is htting you hard maybe counting numbers can also help you.
