Same here bro. I lay down for like an hour without any gadgets and still cannot sleep at 12am
Lockdown messed up my sleep schedule so bad and now I'm way to lazy to fix it now

try to limit your screen time & stay on bed even if insomnia is htting you hard maybe counting numbers can also help you.
