I don't think it's impossible to bench zellsis if his best trait is comms everyone on the team has good comms but his best trait is bringing energy and they may learn to have that energy without him who knows

i’d argue tenz and johnqt are the untouchable ones.

tenz is the face of valorant wth a huge fanbase, a good player and proved to be super flexible this off season.
johnqt is the igl and a sharp shooter. they need him and his calling.

everyone else is replaceable tbh
