Since the 2 empty teams in the French league have been filled and there is still nothing, I think the only option is mena, unless they enter something ridiculous like closed qualifiers in another league.

I swear I just read the exact same message on the polaris hub discord
but yea I got no clue either, everyone just keeps dangling the "he got a team" in front of me without ever telling me I swear no one actually knows
Mena scream would be nice from a viewership standpoint though, the region could use a boost
