My game takes too long to load

Hello. I'm having some issues on loading my game.
My pc runs valorant just fine, like 180-250 fps but the only issue it takes to much time to load and I always get late into the game, like joining the game and round 1 already ended lol

This is starting to annoy me because I'm always afk in the first round just because im stuck on loading screen... And when a player dodges, I can't even go back to the main menu, because it takes too long to go back and when it loads I'm already in another agent select..

This started to be an issue since 2 months ago, and I don't know how to fix it.
I don't have the best pc, but also it isn't a potato pc.

Does someone know how to fix this?

I had this when my game was installed on my external hard drive but then I resinstalled it on my ssd and now it’s fine

Bro I had the same issue for awhile.. top tier specs on my computer, 500 fps, super fast m2 ssd, and it still took forever to load in to games

Eventually it just fixed itself. I’m guessing after some game update

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the game

This happened to me too. Basically one of my ram stick got unattached and I didn't even know. After i attached it back the game loaded in fine. Maybe its the same with you?

Like others have said try reinstalling your game to main drive/C:, I used to take ~4 mins to load into a DM but changed install location and usually it takes <20 seconds instead
