Riot does not care about the prestige NOR the quality of the competition. Otherwise they wouldn't let all these clowns costream their competition and they wouldn't make a system where a shit tier region that gets 26-2d has TWO slots and OCE which has much bigger potential has a LCQ with the second best region in the world, across the globe, for one spot, once per year.
