Ive wanted to play for a while and with the new season starting it would be a good time but every time I play, I get lost after laning phase and get flamed like crazy. How do I actually get into league and not go through the 1000's of "How to play League" because they only go over laning phase

If I were you I would turn off chat from both team and enemy team
They never say positive stuff anyway, just pretend you're not playing with real people and enjoy your game

even when I do turn off chat, I feel like im throwing as well. Idk what to do in mid or late game and it sucks feeling like im throwing every game

I think what could help is watching players VODS that are better than you but not ELITE (nothing above Diamond) and get a grasp on their strength and weaknesses, especially their team fights.
