any cases of a team being good without an experienced igl other than prx?

you can make any team function without an IGL only if they've been given enough time to get used to it I feel. NRG on the other hand have crashies & victor who've been babysat by FNS for years, Marved who actually became the IGL a bit for SEN, and ethan & demon1 who always relied whatever call Boostio had to say. Ethan's supposed to be the IGL but looking at EG's past comms you'll see how Ethan really only makes micro calls and not the big boy discussions an actual has to make.
there are two things.
- to have no igl and just play off the experience and skills they got from the years they have played this game (like you said , especially under fenis)
- to have one of the experienced guys to shift into being the official "igl", while the rest help. (basically not be like prx, not to throw shade on them, its just unique prx style)
i have more belief in the team succeeding if they go for option 2.
