Convergence consisted of six teams, of which five were invited, split in two three-team groups. In the main event, the winner of each group at the end of the Bo3 round robin then moved on to the Bo5 grand final.
FUT were placed in Group B alongside Gen.G Gen.G Korea Rank #1 Foxy9 Jung Jae-sung (정재성) t3xture Kim Na-ra (김나라) Munchkin Byeon Sang-beom (변상범) yoman Chae Young-moon (채영문) Karon Kim Won-tae (김원태) and True Rippers. The Indian squad struggled to make a mark on LAN and gave up two wins to their opponents, which set up FUT and Gen.G for a final group showdown to decide the first finalist of Convergence. Gen.G kicked off that match with a 13-4 on Haven, but FUT dealt back two blows (Ascent 13-6; Lotus 14-12) that put the Turkish squad into the finals.

The final Group A match pitted Global against FURIA to decide second and third place. Global secured a 2-1 win in front of their home crowd.
The grand final between FUT and Vitality kicked off with a bang, as the former made Ascent a close 13-11 bout that ended up swaying the Golden Hornets' way. MrFaliN and co. replied with that same result on Sunset and Lotus to place themselves on match point heading into Vitality's Haven pick. Both teams ended the first half of Haven tied up, but cNed paved the way for his team on attack, opening up five crucial rounds that allowed his team to seucre a tournament-winning 13-8.
With their 3-1 over Vitality, FUT secured their first trophy in over a year and took home USD $25,000. The last time the Turkish roster struck gold was in August 2022, when they bested a different Vitality roster 3-2 in the VRL Finals. FUT will travel to Cairo, Egypt in January to participate in the Superdome 2023: Egypt, their final event before the 2024 season.
