Unless you're implying this is a list of 4 things, then you would still need a comma after "dropped" to make it work

Thats not what oxfords commas are you clearly misunderstood. Oxfords comma is just when you use a comma in a list of items.

These are shooter games: CS:GO, Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, and Fortnite

The commas above are oxfords commas. The commas in your original comment make everything make no sense. the only time you would have a comma in the way that you did is if you are addressing someone:
