Hear me out, b0i had a rough run at the end of his time with andbox but that is after yay’s auction had started. I see this as him slotting in how he played at the end of the old andbox team being the play style that. 100t needed and obviously if they signed him as a sub there is no doubt he worked well with the team. 100t wouldn’t make a risk like this if they thought I wouldn’t work, steel made it clear that he wasn’t impactful so I think that b0i brings enough to the team to stop relying on Ethan and asuna duo carrying every game.
In conclusion, I think this will play out better than people think.

One more thing involving what nadeshot said. I think the team would of stalled out to a top 5 team without a change at this moment and it seems that this wasn’t a management choose but a team choice

I'm going to keep making this argument until I'm blue in the face. 100T is only stalling because of the meta and the impact of Jett + Operator. The minute this is nerfed in a meaningful way or teams learn how to work around it (which I struggle to see a way) 100T will continue to stall until they adapt to the meta.
