Why are Overwatch/Quake/Apex players so good?

Does this prove that tracking is the superior mechanism to learn?

There are still one morbillion ex-CS players comprising the valorant scene... I don't think past game matters all that much, it's just more memorable when someone good happens to come from something other than CS.
