Why is this game so hard?

I got immortal 1 ep4 and i stopped playing
i went back last week because CS2 released and the game is terrible, but im always getting destroyed by everyone in Valorant

i dont even have fun playing like this
sometimes i get a good frag, but most of the time im getting destroyed. There are matches that i kill less than 10 X_X
